• CPAA Trustee Nomination Form

  • Please complete and submit this form if you wish to stand for election to the Oversight Committee of the Board of the Certified Public Accountants Association (CPAA). Nominations must be received no later than 29 June 2026.

    Nominees must be current Members of the CPAA and should normally hold a valid practising certificate.

    To complete this form, you will require the support of two current Members of the CPAA. Before starting the form, please ensure you have the following details for each proposer:

    Full name
    Membership number
    Contact email address

    Please also ensure you have the following documents and information available:

    Your CPAA membership number
    Government-issued photographic identification
    An up-to-date CV
    A personal statement of no more than 750 words
    A professional photograph


    Your personal statement and photograph may be published by the CPAA as part of the AGM and election process, including (but not limited to) publication on the CPAA website, AGM materials and CPAA social media channels.

    The Certified Public Accountants Association (CPAA) will process the personal information provided in this form for the purposes of administering the nomination and election process for vacancies on the Oversight Committee.
